1. Damaged Items: We take great care in delivering your order to you. In the rare event that you have recieved a damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you. We ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage for our records.
2. Return Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged items as described in section 1 above. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or ordering the wrong item.
